Can I have my order rushed?
Yes. We offer expedited shipping at checkout and if you are local to Los Angeles, we can deliver via messenger. For local messenger services, email us at info@ethocollective.com.
My order is a gift, can I request a specific delivery date?
We are happy to work with you to make sure that your gift is received within a certain window of your desired date. Email us at info@ethocollective.com and we'll work with you to make this happen.
When will I get my order?
*** We are taking pre-orders until 12/13/16 - 5pm PST. If you placed an order before our deadline, we will ship the package to you via Fedex on 12/14/16 by whichever method you choose at checkout to meet the Holiday deadline!***

Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling our collection, all sales are final. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at info@ethocollective.com.

We do ship internationally. Please email us for inquiries. 
Can you include a personalized note in my order?
Yes, we can include your personal note - simply write it in the box when you check out. We will place a handwritten note within your box when shipped.
Can I customize my box?
Not at the moment, but we love to create custom boxes so sign up for our newsletter and we’ll let you know when custom boxes will be available.
